Welcome! I'm Piper, owner, stylist and creator behind Piper Neumann Hair located inside of Social Grace Salon! I am a 23-year-old hairstylist from Huxley, Iowa but currently living right here in Ankeny with my fiancée. Within my five years behind the chair, I have had extensive experience with blonding and extensions which has led me to my passion in customizing and creating lived-in looks that perfectly suit each individual’s style and personality. When I'm outside of the salon, you’ll find me enjoying good food and great company—dinner with friends is always a highlight. I’m constantly on the hunt for new restaurant around the Metro, but also when I’m traveling to a new place! I love staying active and on the go, whether it's working, spending time with my fav people, or keeping up with my puppy, Margot. My family and friends mean the world to me, and I strive to bring that same warmth and care into everything I do at the salon. Let’s make your hair dreams a reality!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: I ask you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment time or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of your scheduled service. *Does not apply to illness, emergencies, or unsafe travel weather. Failure to provide any notice or no show will result in an automatic charge and a 50$ deposit prior to scheduling future services. Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, I may not be able to complete the service(s) planned. In such case, the appointment may be adjusted to accommodate the remaining appointment time. Piper Neumann Guarantee: I want you to love your hair! If you’re not satisfied, please let me know within a week of your scheduled appointment and, I am happy to make a complimentary adjustment for you! Please note that an adjustment is not a change of mind. If you were given what was discussed during our consultation, and decide the look is not for you, I would love to schedule you a new appointment at my next available date!
